Get to know each other. Talk about your background and what excites you.

Paid take-home (≤4 hours)
A realistic task close to the role. We pay $200 flat regardless of outcome.

Team chat (60 min)
Walk through your take-home with 2–3 teammates. Ask anything.

Offer or pass — within 5 business days
Detailed offer letter with comp band, equity (if applicable), and a written rationale either way.
